**Introduction**:

- As a Billing/Cashier in the field of Interior Design, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth financial transactions and accurate billing processes within the interior design business. Your attention to detail, financial acumen, and customer service skills will contribute to the overall efficiency and positive client experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Billing and Invoicing**:Generate accurate and timely invoices for services rendered.
- Verify and cross-check billing details to ensure correctness.Maintain a systematic record of all financial transactions.
- **Cash Handling**:Process cash, credit card, and electronic payments from clients.
- Reconcile cash register and resolve any discrepancies.Maintain a secure and organized cash handling system.
- **Customer Interaction**:Provide excellent customer service during billing transactions.

Address customer inquiries and concerns related to billing.Ensure a positive and professional interaction with clients.
- **Record Keeping**:Maintain organized records of invoices, receipts, and financial transactions.

Assist in preparing financial reports as required by management.
- **Collaboration**:Coordinate with other departments, such as design and sales, to gather necessary billing information.

Communicate effectively with team members to streamline billing processes.

**Requirements**:

- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in using billing software and cash register systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Integrity and trustworthiness in handling financial transactions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Positive attitude and a commitment to delivering high-quality customer service
