**Profile Introduction**:
We are seeking a diligent and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Billing/Cashier in our retail establishment. As a vital part of our operations, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient transactions while delivering exceptional customer service. **Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers as they approach the checkout counter and inquire about their purchases.
- Scan items, enter prices, and process payments using cash registers or point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Provide customers with information about store policies, promotions, and loyalty programs.
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile receipts at the end of each shift.
- Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a polite and timely manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
- Assist with stocking shelves, arranging displays, and performing other retail duties as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer proficiency, including experience with cash registers or POS systems.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Languages: Hindi, English, Marathi

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
