Should be ready to work in Shifts..

  • Education: A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is often preferred.
  • Experience: 03 Years of Previous experience in a billing or similar role is highly beneficial.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with accounting and billing software, as well as MS Office (especially Excel), is crucial.

Billing and Invoicing:

  • Collaborate with the accounts team for auditing, reporting, and financial documentation.
  • Assist in monthly/quarterly closing activities related to sales and billing.
  • Generate accurate bills and invoices.
  • Verify product details, pricing, discounts, taxes (GST), and customer information before finalizing transactions.
  • Compliance and Documentation:
  • Maintain proper documentation for all transactions, including printed bills, tax invoices, customer receipts, and digital records.
  • Ensure compliance with taxation laws (like GST).

Data Entry:

  • Accurately enter and update customer data in the billing system for invoicing.
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer and transaction data.

Stock and Inventory Coordination:
