**Job Title**: Accounts Receivable Specialist

**Location**: Vadodara, Gujarat

As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial health of our company by managing incoming payments, maintaining accurate records, and resolving any discrepancies promptly.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily transactions, including contracts, invoices, and receipts.
- Manage and maintain client billing and ensure timely payment collection.
- Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
- Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status.
- Collaborate with the sales team to manage credit files and assess client creditworthiness.
- Handle missed payments and establish payment plans with delinquent accounts.
- Assist with month-end closing processes and audits as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Proven experience as an Accounts Receivable Specialist or similar role.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficient in MS Office, with advanced skills in Excel.
- Familiarity with accounting software and databases.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
