**Key Responsibilities**:

- Generate and send invoices to clients in a timely manner.
- Record and reconcile incoming payments in the accounting system.
- Maintain accurate accounts receivable records and aging reports.
- Handle client queries regarding billing and payments.
- Coordinate with the sales, operations, and finance teams to resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare AR reports for management review.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Preparing various analyses as needed.
- Undertaking additional duties assigned by management.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Proficiency in Excel and MS Office is essential. Prior experience in foreign accounts receivable processes will be considered an added advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential.
