**Job Overview**:
We are hiring Customer Support Agents to handle voice-based support for Flipkart customers, delivery partners, and sellers. The role requires excellent English and Hindi communication skills. This is a **work-from-office** position based in **Lucknow**.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent spoken and written English
- Confident and customer-focused
- **Graduates required** for seller support; **Undergraduates** eligible for general roles
- 0-1 year experience (BPO, Sales, Hospitality, etc.) preferred
- 6-day work week with rotational offs
- Must clear training certification

**Interview Process**:

- HR Round
- Functional Test (if applicable)
- Operations Round
- Client Interview (if applicable)

**Important**:

- Answer the interview call within 3-5 days
- Must attend a **walk-in interview in Lucknow**:
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
