Executive Assistant to CEO

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Phone Management**: Handle incoming calls, screen and direct them appropriately, and manage phone systems.
- **Calendar Management**: Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events, ensuring executives are prepared and informed.
- **Travel Coordination**: Organize travel arrangements and itineraries, ensuring smooth logistics and efficient time management.
- **Document Preparation & Management**: Assist with creating reports, presentations, and maintaining organized filing systems.
- **Meeting & Event Coordination**: Organize internal and external meetings, including logistics and support during events.
- **General Administrative Support**: Handle daily administrative tasks, manage office supplies, and maintain communication between teams.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience with travel and expense management.
- Familiarity with project management tools.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
