Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction: Act as the main contact for customers, addressing service inquiries and providing technical assistance on refrigerated containers.
Service Coordination: Schedule and manage service operations between customers and the technical team, ensuring timely and efficient service.
Technical Support: Leverage technical knowledge to assist in troubleshooting and resolving refrigerated container issues.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed records of service requests, follow-ups, and generate periodic performance reports.
After-Sales Support: Manage after-sales services, including AMC renewals, spare parts management, and follow-up on service satisfaction.
Qualifications and Skills:
B. Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field.
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in the refrigerated container industry or related field.
Strong knowledge of refrigerated containers, including their operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Ability to understand and convey technical information to non-technical customers.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in a customer-facing role, ideally in the cold chain logistics or refrigerated container business.
Knowledge of spare parts management and service contract coordination.
Familiarity with service management software and ticketing systems.
