Service Coordinator

**Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate service requests from initiation to resolution, ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Act as the primary point of contact between customers and the service center, providing timely updates and feedback.
- Conduct aggressive follow-up with the service center to expedite resolution and closure of service calls within SLA timelines.
- Maintain accurate records of service requests, including tracking status and resolution details.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance service delivery efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns and escalate issues as needed.
- Provide regular reports on service performance metrics to management.
**Key Skills and Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in a service coordination or similar role.
- Strong understanding of Service Level Agreements and their importance in customer service.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Proactive mindset with a drive to achieve aggressive service targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and service management software.
**Education and Experience**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
