Job Summary

We're seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Service Coordinator to manage service requests, coordinate with technicians, and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

1. Service Request Management: Receive, process, and manage service requests from customers, ensuring timely and effective resolution.

2. Technician Coordination: Coordinate with technicians to schedule and dispatch service requests, ensuring efficient use of resources.

3. Customer Communication: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and keeping them informed about service request status.

4. Scheduling and Dispatch: Manage scheduling and dispatch of technicians, ensuring optimal routing and efficient use of time.

5. Data Entry and Record-Keeping: Accurately enter and maintain service request data, customer information, and technician schedules.

6. Problem-Solving and Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve service-related issues, escalating complex problems to senior staff as needed.
