Insight Sales Executive

**Responsibilities**:
1. **Lead Generation**: Identify potential clients and opportunities through various channels, mainly LinkedIn and including online research, networking events, and cold calling.
2. **Insight Sales**: Understand the needs and requirements of prospects and present our products and services in a compelling manner to address their business challenges effectively.
3. **Digital Marketing**: Utilize digital marketing strategies to generate leads, increase brand visibility, and drive traffic to our website and LinkedIn.
4. **Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of lead gen activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progression using CRM software.
**Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing (**Mandatory**).
2. Proven track record of 2+ years in business development, insight sales, lead generation, and digital marketing.
3. Strong understanding of sales techniques and principles, with a customer-centric approach.
4. In-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies and online lead generation techniques.
5. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills (**Mandatory**).
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong self-motivation and initiative (**Must**).
7. Result-oriented mindset with a passion for meeting and exceeding targets.
8. Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant business tools.
9. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify growth opportunities and address challenges effectively.
10. Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.
**Salary**: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
