**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Customer Interaction**:
Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable fabric options.
Provide detailed information about fabric types, quality, and pricing.
**Sales & Targets**:
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue.
Handle bulk and custom orders for wholesale customers.
**Product Knowledge**:
Stay updated on fabric trends, new arrivals, and inventory details.
Share knowledge about the benefits and uses of various fabric materials.
Showroom Maintenance:
Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
Arrange fabric displays to attract customer attention.
**Billing & Documentation**:
Process sales transactions accurately using the billing system.
Maintain proper records of sales and customer orders.
**Customer Relationships**:
Build and maintain relationships with repeat customers and wholesale clients.
Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
**Qualifications**:
High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is a plus.
3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the fabric or retail industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
**Skills Required**:
Customer service excellence.
Sales and negotiation skills.
Basic computer literacy for billing and inventory management.
Teamwork and adaptability.
**Compensation**:
Competitive salary with sales incentives.
