**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales and Business Development**:

- Identify and acquire new clients by prospecting and generating leads in the IT hardware sector.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets.
- Promote a range of IT hardware products, including Digital Signages and Tv Mounts.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing concerns.
- **Market Research and Strategy**:

- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the IT hardware industry.
- Analyze competitors’ products and strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Provide insights for product development and improvement based on customer feedback.
- **Sales Operations**:

- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of service with clients.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales activities and forecasts.
- **Collaboration and Coordination**:

- Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and materials.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure seamless product implementation and support.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2.5+ years) in sales within the IT hardware industry.
- Strong understanding of IT hardware products and solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and customer-focused.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
