**Role Overview**: As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing sales strategies, managing a high-performing team, and building lasting client relationships. This role requires a motivated individual with a proven track record in sales leadership, particularly in the coworking or commercial real estate sectors.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure peak performance.
- Identify new business opportunities and nurture existing client relationships.
- Deliver compelling presentations and negotiate contracts with prospective clients.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to refine sales approaches.
- Maintain accurate client information and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Provide regular sales performance reports and insights to senior management.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, ideally in the coworking or commercial real estate industry.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills with a proven ability to motivate and manage teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and create actionable strategies.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales reporting tools.

Pay: ₹9,589.93 - ₹35,662.00 per month
