**Work Timings is 9:30 am to 6:30 pm rotational week off**

**Job Overview**:
**The B2B Collection Telecaller Executive will be responsible for managing the collection of outstanding payments from clients, ensuring timely and effective follow-up on overdue accounts. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to handle sensitive financial matters professionally.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain accurate records of all collection activities and client interactions in the company database.**
**- Negotiate payment plans and resolve discrepancies with clients to facilitate timely payments.**
**- Collaborate with the finance team to identify and escalate problematic accounts as necessary.**
**- Generate and distribute collection reports to management, highlighting trends and areas for improvement.**
**- Educate clients about payment terms and policies to prevent future delinquencies.**
**- Handle client inquiries regarding billing issues, ensuring a high level of customer service.**
**- Stay updated on industry best practices and regulations related to collections and credit.**

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field preferred.**
**- Proven experience in collections, accounts receivable, or a similar role.**
**- Strong verbal and written communication skills.**
**- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with accounting software.**
**- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.**
**- High level of integrity and professionalism in handling sensitive information.**
**- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.**
