**Responsibilities**
- Handle B2B and B2C outbound and inbound calls
- Provide information on domestic & international tour packages
- Assist customers with itinerary details, pricing, and bookings
- Manage WhatsApp and online chat support for customer queries
- Follow-up with leads and convert them into successful bookings
- Maintain customer records and update CRM systems
- Achieve monthly sales targets and performance KPIs
- Coordinate with internal teams for confirmations and service delivery
- Provide clear, professional communication during all interactions

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **1 year experience** in tourism/call center/telecalling (mandatory)
- Experience in **international tour packages** or **international customer handling**:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills (English mandatory)
- Ability to convince customers and handle objections confidently
- Target-driven mindset with strong follow-up skills
- Customer-oriented with a positive and professional attitude
- Basic computer/CRM handling ability
- Must be based in Pune or willing to relocate

**Good to Have**
- Experience with B2B travel partners & DMCs
- Knowledge of global destinations, visas, and travel documentation
- Prior chat support experience

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Tourism sales/Telecalling -B2B & B2C: 1 year (required)
- Handling international tour packages: 1 year (required)
- Working with DMC's: 1 year (preferred)
