**Job Description: B2B International Tourism Operations Executive/Manager**
**Job Summary**:
The B2B International Tourism Operations Executive/Manager is responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of International travel arrangements for our B2B clients (travel agencies, tour operators, MICE operators, Wedding Planners etc.). This includes managing bookings, coordinating with suppliers, ensuring quality control, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure seamless travel experiences for our clients' customers.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Itinerary Planning & Management**:
- Create and customize detailed travel itineraries based on client requests and specifications.
- Research and select appropriate accommodations, transportation, activities, and other services.
- Negotiate with suppliers (hotels, airlines, transfer companies, activity providers) to secure competitive rates and favorable terms.
- Manage bookings and reservations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- **Supplier Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers in the destination(s).
- Monitor supplier performance to ensure quality and adherence to service agreements.
- Negotiate contracts and manage payments to suppliers.
- **Logistics & Coordination**:
- Coordinate all logístical aspects of travel arrangements, including visa processing, airport transfers, and ground transportation.
- Prepare and distribute travel documents, such as itineraries, vouchers, and tickets.
- Manage any changes or disruptions to travel plans, providing timely and effective solutions.
- **Customer Service**:
- Provide exceptional customer service to B2B clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients during the operational phase of the travel arrangements.
- Proactively anticipate and address potential problems to ensure smooth travel experiences.
- **Quality Control**:
- Implement quality control measures to ensure that all services meet the company's standards and client expectations.
- Gather feedback from clients and suppliers to identify areas for improvement.
- **Financial Management**:
- Manage costs and expenses related to travel arrangements.
- Ensure accurate invoicing and payment processing.
- **Teamwork & Communication**:
- Collaborate effectively with other departments, such as ticketing, visa, sales and marketing, operations, overseas offices to ensure seamless and timely service delivery.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with clients, suppliers, and colleagues.
**Qualifications (Executive Level)**:
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in international tourism operations.
- Strong understanding of travel industry practices and procedures.
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using travel booking systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential.
**Qualifications (Manager Level - In addition to Executive Level)**:
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Experience in managing and mentoring operations staff.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Budget management experience.
- Ability to develop and implement operational strategies.
- In-depth Destination & Industry knowledge.
