**Key Responsibilities:Client Relationship & Business Development**:

- Identify, connect with, and meet **IT clients** (startups to enterprises) to **gather hiring requirements** and placement needs.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term **relationships with HRs, hiring managers, and decision-makers** in the tech industry.
- Act as the **primary point of contact** for client communication and engagement.
- Work towards **strategic tie-ups** with new companies for recruitment collaborations and placement drives.

**Recruitment & Placement Coordination**:

- Plan and execute **placement initiatives, campus drives, and job fairs** with partner companies.

**Key Requirements**:

- **MBA is mandatory**, preferably with a specialization in HR, Marketing, or Business Development.
- **2-5 years of experience** in a recruitment/placement coordination role with direct client interaction.
- Strong understanding of **IT job roles, technologies, and recruitment practices**.
- Excellent **communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills**.
- Ability to work independently, handle multiple stakeholders, and drive results.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
