You’ll identify, pitch, and close partnerships that drive brand visibility, revenue, and long-term strategic value.What You’ll DoIdentify and evaluate partnership opportunities across B2B, B2C, and institutional channelsOwn outreach, pitch development, and relationship management with key stakeholdersCollaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to co-create partnership-led campaignsNegotiate win-win deals and track performance metrics across partnership funnelsStay ahead of market trends, competitor moves, and global EdTech innovationsWhat You Bring2–4 years in strategic partnerships, business development, or growth rolesStrong communication and storytelling skills—can pitch Bhanzu like a proHustle mindset with a bias for action and experimentationExperience in EdTech, consumer tech, or startup ecosystems is a plusAbility to think creatively, build rapport fast, and close deals with flairWhy BhanzuWork with a mission-driven team scaling globallyFast-paced, high-ownership environment with room to growVibrant culture that celebrates curiosity, creativity, and impactCompetitive compensation + performance incentives
