- We have a Local team in 15+ countries including India, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines, Sri Lanka, South Africa, Tanzania, Uganda, USA, and counting.
**Summary**:
**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Troubleshoot and resolve problems, escalating complex cases when needed
- Maintain accurate records and provide clear product guidance
- Collaborate with the team to **improve processes** and enhance client experience
- Meet or exceed **customer satisfaction metrics and SLAs**
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 1-4 years in customer or technical support, preferably in **SaaS**; hospitality experience is a plus
- Strong **written and verbal communication skills**
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a **fast-paced, client-focused environment**
- Knowledge of cloud-based technologies is a plus
- Must be willing to work **permanent night shifts, rotation shifts, and holidays**
