**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide full team support in inventory management, training events, and new hire biometric registration.
- Manage procurement of goods and services, including computer equipment, office supplies, reference materials, and facility requests.
- Coordinate with vendors to manage software requirements and system updates.
- Build and maintain good business relationships with executive-level and counterpart administrative staff both internally and externally.
- Coordinate couriers’ delivery services.
- Work with the team to manage inventory, ensuring timely receipt and organization of supplies.
- Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures.
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial, and other data.
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.
- Have sound knowledge of government stamps, Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs),
Memorandums of Association (MOAs), and other government-related registries.
- Handle the preparation, submission, and management of documents related to government registries
Skills and Abilities:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) - Microsoft experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to exercise sound judgment, tact, diplomacy, integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage inventory effectively.
- Ability to build and maintain good business relationships with executive-level and counterpart administrative staff.
