We are looking for a responsible and organized **Office Administrator** to manage daily office activities and support our team. The role involves handling admin tasks, coordinating with vendors, maintaining records, and helping different departments work together smoothly. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors for deliveries and purchases.
- Maintain and organize documents, files, and records.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and setting reminders.
- Help with basic invoicing, expense tracking, and follow-ups.
- Support different teams by preparing reports and helping with daily coordination.
- Keep the office space tidy, organized, and running efficiently.
- Take initiative to solve small problems and suggest better ways to manage work.

**Qualifications**:

- 0 - 1+ years of experience in office admin or similar roles.
- Good communication skills (spoken and written)
- Well-organized and good at time management.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently.
- Friendly, team-oriented, and proactive in solving problems.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
