**Key Responsibilities**:
**Admin and facility officer**
- Facility Maintenance like -system, networking, gardening etc.,
- Maintenance of DG, UPS etc., in coordination with electrician
- Handling of electrician, Plumber
- Preparation of IT & Grocery Stock register and send report every week
- Managing housekeeping by following a proper process & make a schedule and role document for each House keeping staff
- Security Management - like CCTV, Bio-metric, checking of registers
- Infrastructure Management - building, rent, washroom etc.,
- Event organizer - Making arrangement for all the occasions
- Documentation
- Preparation of letters, helping in documentation
- Visiting of various Departments for Statutory compliance, Factory license, BESCOM, etc.,
- Handling of Labors and must have knowledge of labor laws

Exp: 3-5yrs of exp in facility and admin, preferably an admin

Education: Any degree, any related course

to facility or administration would be ideal

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Retired professional with a proven track record in administrative roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in office software and technology.
- Knowledge of administrative processes and procedures.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
