**Job Description: Officer - Admin**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks at the regional office to ensure smooth operations.
- Coordinate and oversee office maintenance, supplies, and vendor management.
- Assist in organizing meetings, events, and other office-related activities.
- Maintain records, files, and documentation accurately and securely.
- Support internal communication and correspondence efficiently.
- Monitor office expenses and manage budgets effectively.
**Requirements**:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to multitask and manage administrative responsibilities efficiently.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
**Preferred**:
- Residing in Banglore.
**Note**: This position offers a negotiable salary, with a maximum CTC of 3 LPA.
Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
