**Job** **Description**:
We are looking for an Admin Officer to join our team and support the day
- to-day activities of our Human Resources department. The Admin Officer's responsibilities include welcoming visitors and clients, overseeing the activities of office cleaning staff and maintenance vendors, as well as typing and proofreading various company documents. You should also be able to organize flights, transportation, and accommodation for company executives.
**Roles** **&* **Responsibilities:*
- Taking care of New Employee On boarding & Exiting Process
- Assigning Laptops and other Assets to Newly Joined Employees
- Giving Biometric Access to Newly Joined Employees
- Taking care of House Keeping and Security Guys
- Vendor Management for Administrations
- Maintaining the Stocks of Cleaning Items
- Taking care of CCD Machine Maintenance and Ordering the required Weekly Stocks
- Handling Office Petty Cash
- Taking care of PMs and SS Daily Attendance
- Paying Monthly Bills to Suppliers
- Taking Care of ACT Bill, Maintenance Bills, Electricity Bill and Water Bill of Office
- Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
- Maintain and update company databases
- Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents.
- Answer queries by employees and clients.
**Required** **Experience,** **Skills** **and** **Qualifications**
- Education: Any Graduate
- Experience: 2+ years in admin role
- Location: Kolkata
- Language: Good command over English and Bengali
- NP: Can Join Immediately
**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
