We are looking for an efficient and organized **Office Administrator** to manage daily administrative operations and ensure smooth functioning of the office.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle day-to-day office operations and administration tasks.
- Maintain records, files, and documentation in an organized manner.
- Coordinate with internal departments and vendors as required.
- Schedule meetings, prepare minutes, and assist in office correspondence.
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Support HR and accounts team in basic administrative tasks.
- Ensure a clean, professional, and well-maintained office environment.
- Assist management in operational planning and coordination.

**Required Skills**:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving attitude.

**Qualifications**:

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in office administration or operations.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
