**Service Associate Bangalore**

**Responsibilities**:
Installation of Switches, Switch boards and home based automations.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service

Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product features

Follow and achieve department’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis

Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas

Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options

Handle returns of merchandise

Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service

Build productive trust relationships with customers

Comply with inventory control procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Experienced in electrical field or as Electrician.

Basic Math skills
- Working knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Associate, Sales Representative or similar
- Proficiency in English, Kannada, Hindi ( **Bangalore**)

**Education: Any degree**

Experience: 0 - 3 years**.**

**Girls and boys both can apply.**

**Salary Expectation - 1,80,000 - 3,00,000 per year.**

**Vehicle is Mandatory.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
