**Introduction**

Focused on and responsible for supporting the EMC and EPS team with data updates in EM platform. Will work with internal teams to execute processes for EM projects while ensuring accuracy and data integrity.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Data entry of client information
- Assisting in various EMC/EPS Projects such as Group Split projects, minute book and document uploads, and queues
- Providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers
- Be able to communicate with different teams on the progress of a project
- Maintaining and updating customer records including contact updates, and other various updates
- Managing customer portfolios
- Navigating between multiple databases (company records, Navigator, etc) quickly and accurately
