Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university
- Position requires 3+ years of successful leadership experience in project management and facilitation of large cross-functional teams in business operations and technology process improvement areas
- Working knowledge of Six Sigma tools and Lean techniques and a great desire to develop skills to an advanced level
- Facilitation experience at all levels of the organization must be comfortable addressing both large and small audiences
- Demonstrated knowledge of key business financial metrics
- Proven experience in working with large-scale technology systems
- Manage the Project schedule monitor network overall Kaizen activity, coordinating Kaizen efforts and ensuring timely financial validation

**Job responsibilities**:
Support business in defining statistical approach for metrics management
Create visibility to leadership for strong decision making by developing reporting mechanism such as dashboard development on Tableau, Quicksight, etc.
Provide support to the operations team in data extraction for dive deep or any project
Collaborate with the data analytics team to bridge the gaps in view of metrics management
Drive transformation activities and create global and scalable end-to-end processes
Develop processes and process improvement strategies that improve the overall quality and efficiency of operations
Engage with technology teams and product managers to provide comprehensive and well thought through inputs to the product roadmap
Ensure standardization of Worldwide operations

**Basic Qualification**:
SQL, R, Statistics, Data Modelling & Forecasting, Python
Have previous experience in development of different reporting dashboards
- Advanced degree /Master's Degree (Math, statistics, Engineering, Science, Business) from an accredited university or 5+ Years of similar experience
- MBA from a top tier B-School is a plus
- Lean/Six Sigma Black/Green Belt certification
- Advanced Excel, Basic SQL, R, Statistics, data modelling
