Job Title: Digital Process Transformation Expert

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Digital Process Transformation Expert to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of work by implementing innovative digital solutions that drive business growth and improvement.

Your primary responsibility will be to serve as a subject matter expert for Adobe Workfront, providing consulting services, training, and support to help clients achieve their goals. You will have a deep understanding of business requirements and configure Adobe Workfront to meet those needs.

In this role, you will be responsible for enabling clients to streamline their processes, enhance collaboration, and improve overall efficiency using the Workfront platform. Your goal is to empower clients to make data-driven decisions by providing them with actionable insights and recommendations.

You will work closely with clients to understand their pain points and develop tailored solutions to address their challenges. You will also provide ongoing support and maintenance to ensure that clients' solutions continue to meet their evolving needs.

To succeed in this role, you must have a strong understanding of Adobe Workfront's functionalities, integrations, and API capabilities. Experience with configuring workflows, reporting, and dashboards in Adobe Workfront is essential. You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in a client-facing, solutions consulting position
  • At least 3 years of experience working with Adobe Workfront, including implementation, configuration, and consulting
  • Expert-level knowledge of Adobe Workfront Project Manager, Adobe Workfront Fusion, and Adobe Workfront
  • A strong understanding of business processes and systems
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
