Lead SAP Ariba Implementation Expert

We are seeking an experienced and seasoned SAP Ariba professional to lead global implementations and drive procurement digital transformation initiatives. This expert will possess in-depth functional knowledge across multiple Ariba modules, guiding clients through best-in-class sourcing and procurement practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive end-to-end implementation of SAP Ariba modules, including Ariba Buying and Invoicing, Ariba Sourcing, Ariba Contract Management, and Supplier Lifecycle and Performance.
  • Conduct thorough business process analysis, requirement gathering, and fit-gap assessments.
  • Configure Ariba solutions to meet client-specific requirements.
  • Collaborate with integration and technical teams for seamless ERP connectivity.
  • Facilitate workshops, UAT, training sessions, and deployment activities.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients adopt best practices in procurement transformation.
  • Provide post-go-live support and stabilization assistance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 12+ years of experience in SAP Ariba functional consulting.
  • Minimum 2–3 full lifecycle Ariba implementations in a lead consultant role.
  • Strong expertise in Source-to-Pay (S2P) process flows.
  • Experience working with SAP ECC/S4HANA integration touchpoints.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ariba Functional Certification (Preferred).
