Delivery Manager - Digital SAAP/NS Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Delivery Manager to lead our digital initiatives in a complex, multi-country global delivery environment.

This role is responsible for driving end-to-end delivery, managing global delivery engagements, and collaborating with distributed teams and diverse stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and closure of digital projects within scope, quality, timeliness, and budget.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams, vendors, and clients to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, promoting skills development and career growth.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues, ensuring timely and cost-effective resolution.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Mandatory: Prior experience in a delivery leadership role, preferably in a similar industry or domain.
  • 8+ years in project/program/delivery management, with significant experience in digital transformation projects.
  • Proven success in managing complex, multi-country global delivery programs.
  • Strong understanding of digital banking solutions and transformation initiatives.
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Solid knowledge of delivery governance, compliance, and risk management frameworks.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification.
  • Experience in SAAP / NS digital platforms and related enterprise systems.
  • Banking/financial services domain expertise, especially in digital channels.
