Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Project/Portfolio Manager to lead and coordinate the successful delivery of our S2P Digital Transformation Program.

The ideal candidate will govern, plan, and drive execution, stakeholder engagement, and risk management across a complex, cross-functional initiative aimed at transforming procurement processes and enabling best-in-class digital tools.

This role is responsible for end-to-end project management of the S2P digital transformation initiative and overseeing additional engagement. The incumbent will develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, track progress against milestones, and ensure timely delivery of all workstreams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and exceeding expectations.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the main point of contact between business (procurement, finance), IT, external vendors, and implementation partners. Facilitate regular project meetings, steering committees, and status reporting.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively. Maintain risk logs, issue logs, and escalation protocols.
  • User Adoption: Collaborate with key stakeholders on change requests. Help manage the transition of users from legacy systems and processes to new tools and workflows by tracking adoption metrics.
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of project management experience. PMP certification is preferred.
  • Oracle EBS SME experience in procurement processes.
  • Understanding of integrations across systems and platforms.
  • Experience working in industries with complex supply chains, large-scale ERP or procurement system implementations, and integrations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
