- Process owner of the processes defined by the Process Engineering Team Leader e.g. Reflow oven, Solderpaste printing, Placement, AOI, Feeders, Slective soldering etc.
- Responsible for the technical troubleshooting regarding his/her processes and equipment. Also responsible for designing / defining / preparing requirements for new products which inlcudes PFMEA, Standard Operating Procesdures, DFM, Tooling design, Stencil design, Feeder requirements, reflow oven parameters etc.
- In case of supplier issue the failures has to be documented and reported
- Responsible for the installation of the production equipment and preparation of validation/release procedures.
- Must be able to define the process standards and effective deployment of the same.
- Shall perform statistical analysis and ensure that the process is under control.
- Co-ordinate with global experts for process improvement.
- Advance knowledge of IPC standards.
