**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Operate and maintain SMT machines, including setup, calibration, and troubleshooting
- Load and unload PCBs, components, and other materials
- Monitor and adjust machine parameters to optimize production efficiency and quality
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and lubricating machines
- Collaborate with production team to meet production targets and quality standards
- Identify and report machine issues, defects, or quality concerns
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize SMT processes

**Requirements**:

- 1+ years of experience operating SMT machines
- Strong knowledge of SMT processes, machine operation, and maintenance
- Experience with PCB assembly, component handling, and quality control
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong attention to detail and quality focus
- Ability to stand for long periods

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with SMT machines
- Knowledge of IPC standards and quality control procedures
- Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma experience
- Basic programming skills (e.g., C++, Python)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
