SMT Technician

Experience
- 2 -5 Years

Education-ITI, DEE OR BE in Electronics

JD:

- Set-up and operate SMT Machines for PCB production
- Loads I.C.'s onto feeders and perform changeovers for low volume/high mix electronic manufacturing environment
- Works from process sheets or written/verbal instructions given by supervisor and engineer to perform production tasks
- Promptly complete screening tasks and document in a timely manner
- Set-up and operate (soldermask) to process circuit board panels
- Manually screen legend and soldermask
- Assist department in achieving zero scrap per month

Locate and start oven (Heller 1700)

1-3 year experience feeder set up preferred

Basic computer and math knowledge

Prior Assembly Experience and Soldering Skill may be required for this position

It's important to consistently meet all productivity and deadline goals and ensure that the area is kept clean and free of hazards at all times, and machines should be prepared for the next job when possible to save time

**Salary**: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
