**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Circuit Testing & Troubleshooting**: Diagnose and repair electronic faults in PCBs, circuits, and embedded systems using **oscilloscopes, multimeters, and logic analyzers**.
- **PCB Assembly & Soldering**: Perform **surface-mount (SMT) and through-hole (THT) soldering**, component placement, and rework.
- **Hardware Maintenance & Repairs**: Maintain and repair **electronic devices, power supplies, industrial automation equipment, and control systems**.
- **Component-Level Debugging**: Identify and replace faulty components such as **ICs, resistors, capacitors, transistors, MOSFETs, diodes, and relays**.
- **Firmware & Embedded Systems Support**: Work on **microcontroller-based circuits (Arduino, STM32, PIC, Raspberry Pi, ESP32, etc.)** and assist in embedded programming if required.
- **Quality Control & Testing**: Conduct functional and reliability testing on electronic prototypes and production units to meet **industry and safety standards**.
- **Documentation & Reporting**: Maintain accurate documentation for **circuit diagrams, PCB layouts, test results, repair logs, and inventory records**.
- **Collaboration with Engineers**: Work closely with **R&D, design engineers, and production teams** to improve hardware design, resolve technical issues, and implement enhancements.
- **Safety & Compliance**: Ensure compliance with **electrical safety regulations, ESD protection, and workplace safety protocols**.
- **Calibration & Equipment Maintenance**: Maintain and calibrate **test equipment, power supplies, and diagnostic tools** regularly.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Technical Expertise**: Strong knowledge of **analog and digital circuits, microcontrollers, power electronics, and sensor integration**.
- **Diagnostic Tools**: Hands-on experience with **oscilloscopes, function generators, logic analyzers, signal generators, and power meters**.
- **PCB Design & Repair**: Proficiency in **PCB layout tools like Altium, Eagle, or KiCad** (preferred but not mandatory).
- **Embedded Systems Knowledge**: Experience with **basic firmware debugging and programming** is a plus.
- **Industry Standards Compliance**: Familiarity with **ISO, IPC, and ESD safety standards** in electronics manufacturing.
- **Reading & Understanding Schematics**: Ability to **interpret electronic circuit diagrams, datasheets, and assembly drawings**.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with **Industrial Automation, IoT, or Automotive Electronics**.
- Familiarity with **power electronics and battery management systems (BMS)**.
- Understanding of **wireless communication protocols like Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, LoRa, and Zigbee**.
- Knowledge of **robotics, automation controllers, and PLCs** is an advantage.

**Educational Requirements**:
