Manufacturing Process Expert

Job Description:

As a Manufacturing Process Expert, you will be responsible for implementing and migrating full cycles of SAP S/4 HANA.

  • Configure and customize the SAP PPDS module to meet specific client needs, including master data (BOMs, routings), demand planning, resource planning, and capacity planning.
  • Develop and test end-to-end scenarios for the respective module.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Implement/migrate one or two full cycles of SAP S/4 HANA.
  • Experience with SAP integration scenarios with other modules and third-party systems and their configuration and integration features.
  • Strong communication skills and experience working directly with end-users and third-party teams are essential.
Required Skills:
  • Embedded PPDS: Focus on S/4HANA's built-in PPDS capabilities for real-time, integrated planning.
  • Finite Capacity Scheduling: Creating realistic and achievable production schedules based on available resources.
  • Optimization: Using PPDS to optimize resource utilization, minimize lead times, and improve overall production efficiency.
  • Planning Tools: Familiarity with tools like the detailed scheduling planning board and product planning table.

Desirable Qualifications: Knowledge of the pharma industry is an advantage.
