Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer and direct incoming calls promptly.
Provide accurate information to inquiries and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
Manage and schedule appointments, ensuring a smooth flow of daily operations.
Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry and document preparation.
**Requirements**:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Proficient in using office equipment, including phones and computer systems.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience in customer service or receptionist roles is a plus
