Sales Executive

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Sales Development:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
- Generate leads and convert them into customers by promoting Adco Controls’ products and services.
- Conduct product presentations to demonstrate the benefits and features of AC drives and control panels.
- Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closing, including negotiating terms and pricing.
- Follow up with potential clients to close sales and build long-term business relationships.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Provide ongoing support to customers, addressing queries and resolving issues promptly.
- Monitor customer feedback and market trends to identify new sales opportunities.
- Sales Target Achievement:
- Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the team’s overall goals.
- Report on sales activities, results, and forecasts to the management team on a regular basis.
- Market Research:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to position Adco Controls’ products effectively.
- Gather market intelligence and identify new potential markets for expansion.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in industrial products or technology-driven industries.
- Strong sales skills with the ability to close deals and meet sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused approach.
- Experience in the elevator or automation industry is a plus, but not required.
**Skills & Competencies**:
- Sales & Negotiation: Ability to drive sales, close deals, and meet targets.
- Customer Relationship Management: Skilled at maintaining client relationships and providing exceptional customer service.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
