Job Role & Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to customers for product promotion and sales.
  • Follow up with existing and potential clients to close deals.
  • Explain technical details of products/services to customers in a simple and effective way.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and provide support as required.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Requirements:

  • Minimum HSC / Graduate (any stream).
  • Good communication skills (Hindi, English, Gujarati preferred).
  • Basic knowledge of telesales or customer handling.
  • Ability to understand and explain technical details.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and good at follow-ups.
