Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Machine Sales Coordinator/Back Office professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team by managing administrative tasks efficiently, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring seamless communication between departments and clients.
Responsibilities:
Sales Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, including but not limited to preparing sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
Order Processing: Handle order processing tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of products to clients.
Customer Communication: Serve as a point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, providing product information, and resolving any issues or concerns promptly.
Database Management: Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and other relevant documentation using CRM software.
Documentation: Prepare and organize sales-related documents, including sales contracts,
Preferred:
Education: Bachelor's degree in any Graduation program Such as B.Com, BBA or a related field.
Experience: 1 - 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the machinery or industrial equipment industry.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with ERP / CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with internal teams and external clients
Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs in a dynamic work environment.
Documentation of Communication: Assessing general incoming emails / communication and forwarding to relevant person / department, and documentation of the same.
