Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales and marketing activities. The ideal candidate will assist in sales coordination, marketing follow-ups, and basic administrative tasks while also visiting clients when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with clients and the internal sales team for order processing and follow-ups.

Assist in generating quotations, invoices, and maintaining sales documentation.

Follow up with customers for payments, orders, and service-related queries.

Support marketing initiatives by conducting market visits and promotional activities.

Maintain and update customer databases using Excel and Word.

Handle email correspondence, inquiry follow-ups, and internet-based research (mail surfing).

Coordinate with logistics for dispatch and delivery follow-ups.

Prepare daily/weekly sales reports for management.

Requirements:

6 months to 3 years of experience in sales coordination, marketing, or customer service.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email/internet browsing.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Must have a two-wheeler with valid license – Travel Allowance (TA) + Daily Allowance (DA) will be provided.

Ability to handle multiple tasks, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
