Organisation's**Roles & Responsibilities**:
As a Manager of the CEO Office, you will be tasked with supporting all present and future Organisations educational initiatives and programs. Your portfolio will include:
**Communications**:
- Work closely with team to conduct research, prepare speeches, presentations and talking points for CEO and social media
- Support CEO’s Office/Leadership team with communication material for external audience
- Communicates directly to Team members, donors, foundation staff, and others on matters related to programme initiatives as directed.
- Communicate in a positive and effective manner with staff, students, co-workers, parents and/or visitors whenever required
**Day to Day**:
- Communication & consistent reporting to the CEOs office regarding Programme and non-Programme developments.
- Assisting in coordinating the agenda, scheduling, follow-ups and attending meetings.
- Assist the CEOs Office with daily administrative duties that include managing an active calendar of appointments; composing and preparing correspondence
**Preferred Qualifications**:
Each of the core responsibilities outlined above needs specific skills to fulfill. While many of these will be developed and honed through the role, some of the following are skills and mindsets we would like you to bring with you to the role and organization:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience. Have a well-balanced, analytical and creative mindset to problem-solve and provide innovative solutions
- Have relationship management skills and the ability to build rapport with stakeholders
- Be an intellectually curious and responsive team contributor, delivering and receiving feedback regularly, and eager to learn and stay up to date on computer science education.
- Be willing to travel, if need be.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience and working with the system.
- Working knowledge of education and program evaluation methods and experience evaluating programs with an eye to ongoing improvements.
- Have an in-depth understanding of the time and effort demands of start-up.
Pay: Up to ₹700,000.00 per year
