**Key Result Areas**
**Hiring Process**
- Provide hiring & operational support to HR and Sales Team
- Ensure the quality of hiring by interviewing the prospective RMs & devising a strict screening process for gauging their level of interest along with RHR.
**Basic Hygiene**
- Manage Joining and onboarding along with RHR.
- Maintain basic hygiene at branches in coordination with support functions of zone.
- Follow joining process and adhering to steps of inducting new joiners through 0-180 days Induction Plan.
**Team Development & Training**
- Provide support to SMs/ Training Team to organize skill based training to RMs to increase productivity.
- Ensure that the SMs are able to successfully manage a team.
- Ensure that RMs acquire the necessary skills to perform well.
- Manage complaints & grievances of all RMs along with RHR. Give them feedback & at the same time try to resolve their difficulties. Give them suggestions for managing them better
- Monitor the performance of all RMs within 0-6 Months Vintage
- Impart training ( along with Corporate Training) to RMs/ SMs when required
- Ensure that the sales teams fare well in the internal contests and R&R and manage employee engagement scores of the team
