**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Maintain showroom displays and stock
- Handle billing and inventory software (training provided)
- Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction

**Requirements**:

- Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary (12th pass); graduates preferred
- Prior experience in retail/jewelry/fashion sales is a plus
- Good communication skills in Bengali, Hindi, and English
- Positive attitude and a team player

**Job Type**:

- Full-time (including weekends and festivals)
