**Position Summary**:
The Sales Executive will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales within our medicine retail shop. This role involves assisting customers in selecting appropriate medications, addressing their queries, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Customer Service**:

- Greet customers warmly and professionally upon arrival.A
- Actively listen to customer inquiries and provide clear, informative responses.
- Assist customers in selecting the correct medications based on their needs and prescriptions.
- Provide accurate information about product usage, dosage, and potential side effects.
- Address customer concerns and resolve complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner.

**Sales**:

- Promote and upsell products to maximize sales revenue.
- Suggest complementary or related products to enhance the customer's purchase.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor.

**Inventory Management**:

- Assist with stock replenishment and inventory control.
- Monitor product expiration dates and ensure timely removal of outdated items.
- Report any stock discrepancies or shortages to the store manager.

**Computer Skills**:

- Proficiency in using computer systems for inventory management, sales transactions, and customer data entry.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in a pharmacy or healthcare setting.
- Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹11,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Secondary(10th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Retail Medicine sales: 1 year (required)
