We're now expanding our team and looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive to join us.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Sales & Business Development**
- Identify and convert potential leads into long-term clients across industries.
- Pitch digital marketing and content creation services to businesses and individuals.
- Meet monthly targets by creating strong sales pipelines and relationships.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and engagement.

**2. Digital Marketing & Strategy**
- Understand and promote digital services including SEO, social media marketing, performance marketing, and video content solutions.
- Collaborate with internal creative and marketing teams to align client goals with our services.
- Develop proposals and marketing pitches tailored to client needs.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**:

- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Proven sales and negotiation abilities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or digital marketing
- Ability to understand client needs and offer tailored marketing solutions
- Self-motivated with a passion for creativity and innovation

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Pay**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

**Compensation Package**:

- Performance-based incentives
- Commission pay

**Schedule**:

- Day shift

**Experience**:

- Sales/Marketing: 2 years (required)
