**Responsibilities**:

- Pitch our interior and architectural services to leads and walk-ins
- Visit sites, meet potential clients, and explain project timelines and costings
- Generate leads via WhatsApp, Instagram, Google, JustDial, and local networks
- Follow up with leads and convert them into clients
- Coordinate between client, design team, and execution team
- Handle customer queries with confidence and clarity
- Report daily activities and weekly growth metrics

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2-3 years in sales or marketing (interior or real estate preferred)
- A basic understanding of interior materials and project timelines will be an added advantage.
- Fluent in Bengali & Hindi (English is a plus)
- Owns a two-wheeler (travel allowance provided)
- Basic computer/social media knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, Instagram)
- Confident, good at follow-ups, and able to think on their feet
