We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Life Insurance Team Leader. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team of insurance professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service in the life insurance sector.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and motivate a team of life insurance professionals to meet sales targets.
- Conduct training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback for improvement.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through quality service.

**Criteria**:

- Min 2 years in sales and marketing (Pharma, FMCG, BFSI, Consumer Durable)
- Must be Graduate
- Age between 23 to 40 years
